UPS Standard Ground: 5–7 business days after order has been processed.

UPS Expedited: 1-3 business days after order has been processed.


Ground:  Free within the Continental U.S.  This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories which cannot be sent via UPS ground shipping.  Please select UPS Next Day Air, 2-Day Air or 3-Day Air upon checkout.

Expedited:  Varies depending on shipping option selected.  We do not offer Saturday delivery.

We are not able to offer international shipping at this time.


If you refuse delivery of any package from PROSE & POETRY, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. However, you will not be refunded any shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the date of receipt.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.

Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached and the item/s must be in its original condition.

Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. Merchandise purchased at any other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer. We cannot accept any merchandise that has not been purchased from our online store.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, PROSE & POETRY reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Included in your order (excluding sale items) you will receive a Return Form and a pre-paid UPS Return Label. Return shipping is free of charge. Please note, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Fill out the Return Form with the reason for the return, include it in your package and use the pre-paid UPS Return Label. Drop the package at your local UPS store or schedule a free pickup at  When we receive your package, we will complete your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time the return is received for your account to be credited.
